Aside from producing my own music, I offer my musical skills to others out there who need a hand. Here is a list of the most common inquiries. Rates vary according to timing, the length of the project, and my level of involvement. So feel free to email me with requests at contact@danrico.com.

Production

  • Recording— I can record your band or project at my home studio or the studio of your choosing, helping you craft your sound and bringing the music to new, unexpected heights. Rates vary. Available for quick demos or fully realized productions.

  • Mixing— Allow me to mix your single, EP, or album at my home studio.

  • Producer— Have some great songs but not sure where to take them? I can help you steer your art in a more purposeful, meaningful direction for your next recording endeavor.

  • Music Director— Today many artists struggle to coax the music they’ve produced on their laptops to a live band setting. Or they’ve put together some wonderful compositions on a single instrument that they’d like to arrange for a full band. i can provide anything from sound advice to a fully chaperoned live-band amalgamation.

Songwriting and Sound Design

  • Soundtrack for Film, Commercial, Social Media, etc— Whether a suspense-inspiring dirge signalling a zombie apocalypse or a sing-songy whistle tune to wash down a bowl of cheerios, I can create the soundtrack for your film, commercial, podcast, television show, web series, art project, or social media post.

  • Songwriting Gift Services- Have a friend or loved one who appreciates the magic of song? I can write and/or record them a special personalized ditty for a special occasion. Rates vary min. $300 per song.

  • Songwriting for Musicians— are you an artist looking to add new original music to your repertoire of live or recorded content? I can write a song or songs to match your style and flavor.

Guitar/Bassist for Hire

  • As an expert bass player and guitarist, I am available for your paid gigs and national or international tours. Proficient in many styles including rock, jazz, indie, blues, funk, etc.
